β¨ The kindest people are not born that way; they are made. They are the souls that have experienced so much at the hands of life; they are the ones who have dug themselves out of the dark and who have fought to turn every loss into a lesson. The kindest people do not just exist -they choose to soften where circumstance has tried to harden them, and they decide to believe in goodness because they have seen firsthand why compassion is so necessary. They have seen firsthand why tenderness is so crucial in this world.
β¨β¨ Surround yourself with people who are doing the work to heal themselves. Surround yourself with those who want to talk to you about ideas rather than other human beings. Surround yourself with people who love and respect themselves, people who are gentle and kind and who encourage connection. Surround yourself with people who genuinely show up in your life, people who don’t just want attention, or praise, or validation from you. Surround yourself with those who want to grow with you. These people will change your life.
β¨β¨ Being understood fosters a different kind of intimacy that is untouchable. The rarest, most profound connection you will experience will not be with the person who instantly gratifies you but rather with the type of human being who sees you. Ask yourself – who makes you feel the most you? Who sees you in ways you don’t see yourself? Who pours calm and ease into your heart of you? Those people who came to mind are rare and beautiful gifts. Never take them for granted.
β¨β¨Do not just be thankful for the things you deem positive in life. Be thankful for the emotions you also deem negative, because it is within the darkness that we grow to appreciate the light. The hardest things in life are building you, and reminding you of your capacity to overcome. At the end of the day, nothing you have experienced thus far has defeated you. There is power in reminding yourself of that. You are capable of braving the storms, that is what they are there to teach you.
β¨β¨ Please don’t ever forget that so many human beings you come into contact with are all trying to heal themselves from the things they often do not discuss. Always choose to be kind. Always choose grace.
I hope you start to believe that you are worthy of everything you want in this life and that you are not asking for too much. I know how difficult that can be at times because no one comes out of this life unscathed – we have all been weathered by this world in ways we did not deserve, in ways that have stuck. We have all been dug into; we have all experienced things that have darkened our hope.β¨β¨
I am sorry you had to experience things that wore down your strength; you had to go through certain losses that carved into you lessons you were too young to learn, tasks that were too heavy to hold. I am sorry that somewhere along your journey, society convinced you that you were not full of purpose and that you had to want less or settle for things outside of what you had always dared to hope for. I am sorry that, at times, the world made you feel like you didn’t hold space within it, that you didn’t deserve to be here, loved, or to be the kind of human being who achieves profound and beautiful things. I am sorry that you had to endure things at the hands of love that made you stop believing in its goodness, that made you stop thinking about just how possible it was for you to find something real, pointed, and full of depth in this generation. I am sorry that somewhere along your journey, you were convinced that you could not dream the way you wanted to and could not strive to experience all of the beauty this life offers.β¨β¨
And I know that sometimes because of all you have been through, you doubt the part of yourself that knows there is more out there for you. But you have to trust it.β¨β¨
For Me ‘ Creation of God is like a ‘ Compendium ‘ it’s all there inside the ‘ Garden of Eden is all the pieces – Like a Jigsaw of Life – all the pieces are there but people do not have ‘ Instructions On How To Put Their Life Together ‘ for Me that is God who holds the Key – Well it is how My story goes today ……
Now Let Me Take a Look at ‘ Creation & Construction ‘ and all that God said – Firstly God named Me before l was born and then he brought Me down to Earth to a family and one day after ππ God entered My Heart & Life and all this was My journey in Life …….
Now at the time God entered My Life l was beginning on the ‘ Path of Righteousness ‘ and after many many years of God Teaching & Me Learning – No longer was l on that path as l had learned ‘ Right & Wrong ‘ and the Faith (Lock) in God l was given the Key (Belief) now l had to Understand ‘ How To Use The Key ‘ and that would take Me to the ‘ Path of God For His Namesake ‘ and walk in the ‘ Path of Truth ‘ had begun and became part of My journey of Life ……….
This was to ‘ Teach Me How To Teach The People Who Are ‘ Poor In Heart ‘ and that Understanding in Me could let Me now see all the damage in You as it was in Me and so the next part of My journey of life would take Me to You ……
Now that l have reached that point on My journey l was to ‘ Learn That Key l Was Given ‘ could now be used to ‘ Help & Guide ‘ the people whom God brought into My life and like Me l could see all that God wanted me to do and that is My journey since it began when l was named in Heaven so long ago …….
Now this is the ‘3 Compendium of Life ‘ that God provided as in Creation and on My journey l was given all the pieces of My life that were given and God provided all that l would Need (Eden) just like Eden again now in My Life ……..
So let Me say to you people this day do not look for the Answer as the real problem is that so many do not know the Question – So today ππ and Give Thanks To God for all he has done in Your Life and then wait more than a day and many l say and then one day God will enter Your Life and ‘ Your Compendium of Creation ‘ will have begun and God will enter Your Heart that day in Kindness & Love In Peace & Truth evermore ……
#AceBreakingNews – The AFP has seized multiple firearms, ammunition and a smoke grenade from a home in Perth as part of a multi-agency investigation targeting the trafficking of illicit firearms.
AFP investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in a northern coastal suburb of Perth on 3 November 2022 as part of ongoing national Operation Athena.
This is a joint media release between the Australian Federal Police, West Australian Police and Australian Border Force.
Police officers seized 10 unregistered firearms, including two SKS semi-automatic assault rifles capable of firing 40 rounds per minute, a double barrel shotgun, three bolt action rifles, 10,000 rounds of ammunition, and a military-grade smoke grenade from the home.
It will be alleged the firearms and ammunition were stored inside modified barrel containers in an underground cellar.
A further search of the premises also revealed six legally registered rifles with scopes secured in a gun safe – the six firearms were seized, with the owner to be subjected to a ‘fitness to hold’ test under WA firearms legislation.
The AFP investigation is ongoing, with routine forensic and ballistic testing for comparison purposes to ascertain if any of the seized firearms have been used in prior criminal activity.
Operation Athena is a national firearms effort initiated under the Serious Organised Crime Coordination Committee to deliver a multi-agency law enforcement initiative targeting the trafficking and use of illicit firearms throughout Australia.
On this occasion, the investigation involved officers from AFP Western Command organised crime, Australian Border Force (ABF), West Australian Police Force Tactical Response Group (TRG), with support from AFP K9 detector dogs and AFP Forensics and Geomatics.
AFP Inspector Chris Colley said:
The AFP continued to work tirelessly with its partners to detect and prevent the trafficking of illegal weapons into our community.
βRemoving firearms and other weapons from the community is a vital step in keeping everyone safe from the potential impacts of the harmful and illegal use of these weapons,β Inspector Colley said.
βThe unlawful trafficking and misuse of firearms is inherently linked to serious and organised criminal networks with the whole community feeling the impact when firearm violence offending occurs on our streets.β
ABF Superintendent Clinton Sims said:
The seizure follows a joint national week of action as part of Operation Athena which led to 86 arrests and more than 700 firearms or firearm parts taken off Australian streets.
βABF officers frequently share intelligence and resources with our law enforcement partners to target those who import, manufacture or possess illicit firearms, which ensures we have a very wide net to find these offenders,β Superintendent Sims said.
Operation Athena involves all policing jurisdictions as well as a number of federal agencies including Australian Federal Police, Australian Border Force, Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission, AUSTRAC, Australian Taxation Office, Department of Home Affairs and the Australian Defence Force.
The maximum penalty for unlicensed possession of three or more firearms under the Firearms Act (WA) 1973 is 14 yearsβ imprisonment, while failure to ensure safe-keeping of a firearm or ammunition carries a potential 12-month jail term.
Anyone who has information regarding people in the community who are involved in the manufacture, importation or distribution of illicit firearms is encouraged to report the information to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 β callers can remain anonymous, and we will act on the information.

#AceBreakingNews – Prime Minister confirms UK will bolster Ukraineβs air defence against barbaric aerial assault according to Prime Minister’s Office, 10 Downing Street
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has said it is βdeeply humblingβ to be in Kyiv and pledged that the UK will continue to stand by Ukrainians in their fight, on his first visit to the country today [Saturday 19th November].
Meeting President Zelenskyy, he confirmed that the UK will provide a major new package of air defence to help protect Ukrainian civilians and critical national infrastructure from an intense barrage of Russian strikes.
The Β£50 million package of defence aid comprises 125 anti-aircraft guns and technology to counter deadly Iranian-supplied drones, including dozens of radars and anti-drone electronic warfare capability. It follows more than 1,000 new anti-air missiles announced by the Defence Secretary earlier this month.
In the last week, Ukrainian forces say Russia has rained down more than 148 missile strikes on critical infrastructure, leaving approximately 10 million people without power. The UK is also bolstering our training offer to Ukrainianβs armed forces, sending expert army medics and engineers to the region to offer specialised support.
In Kyiv, the Prime Minister laid flowers at a memorial for the war dead and lit a candle at a memorial for victims of the Holodomor famine, before meeting first responders at a fire station. The team of emergency responders described their harrowing work rescuing survivors from the rubble and fighting fires in the aftermath of Russian airstrikes and mortar attacks. He also saw captured Iranian-made drones which have been used to target and bomb civilians in recent months.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said:
I am proud of how the UK stood with Ukraine from the very beginning. And I am here today to say the UK and our allies will continue to stand with Ukraine, as it fights to end this barbarous war and deliver a just peace.
While Ukraineβs armed forces succeed in pushing back Russian forces on the ground, civilians are being brutally bombarded from the air. We are today providing new air defence, including anti-aircraft guns, radar and anti-drone equipment, and stepping up humanitarian support for the cold, hard winter ahead.
It is deeply humbling to be in Kyiv today and to have the opportunity to meet those who are doing so much, and paying so high a price, to defend the principles of sovereignty and democracy.
Recognising that Ukrainians face a very difficult winter, with widespread blackouts of destruction of homes, schools and hospitals, the Prime Minister has also confirmed Β£12 million for the World Food Programmeβs response, as well as Β£4 million for the International Organisation for Migration. The funding will help provide generators, shelter, water repairs and mobile health clinics. The UK is also sending tens of thousands of extreme cold winter kits for Ukrainian troops.
Working with the Government of Ukraine, the UK has identified an initial eight construction projects to be supported by UK Export Finance, helping to repair Ukraineβs critical infrastructure and lay the foundations for economic recovery. The projects include six bridges and two housing projects, including a development in Bucha for some 2,250 residents.

This week, millions of Americans will be celebrating Thanksgiving with family and friends, eating a good meal, and watching football. But a creeping vilification of the popular holiday has spread across media outlets and schools, claiming that Thanksgiving is about βgenocideβ and βimperialism.β The Saturday before Thanksgiving in 2022, MSNBC featured Native American activist Gyasi Ross to criticize the [β¦]
#AceHistoryDesk – On January 20, 1942, Japanese Navy submarine I-124 found its final resting place 53 metres below the waves of the Beagle Gulf, north-west of Darwin.

It was struck by depth charges deployed by the Royal Australian Navy as the two sides competed for control of waters to Australia’s north during World War II.
For the 80 crew members aboard I-124 at the time, there was no hope of escape.
The remains of I-124 now constitute a war grave, and is a site still of deep significance to family members and the Japanese government. In 2018, the country’s former prime minister Shinzo Abe visited Darwin to pay tribute.
But despite its historical and cultural significance, it isn’t easy to reach.
“This has just been in the too hard basket for quite a long time, but it’s so significant at the same time. So it’s been a real conflict,” Northern Territory senior heritage officer and maritime archaeologist Dr David Steinberg said.
The Top End’s strong tides, murky waters and the submarine’s depth have made it tricky to access……….” It’s deep, it’s remote, it’s difficult to get to.”
Dr Steinberg’s team of archaeologists and experienced divers has, after three years of work, just completed an Australian first by using specialised cameras mounted to underwater scooters to create a 3D model of the vessel. The submarine’s 3D mapping will hopefully allow researchers better preserve the war grave, and understand some of the changes made to the submarine after it was constructed in the 1920s.(Supplied: NT government)none
Modelling could solve long-standing questions
Out of respect, researchers practiced “non-disturbance” by only mapping the outside of the I-124.
At the very least, the model will provide an important educational tool and comfort for relatives of the submariners who perished.Japanese submarine I-124 was sunk by depth charges in waters north of Australia with her captain and 79 crew members on board.(Supplied: Tom Lewis)none
“We can take that data, that 3D model and present that to the NT public, the Australian public, who so few of them will ever be able to dive that shipwreck,” research director for the Major Projects Foundation, Matthew Carter, said.
” While you can’t dive it, you can have it on your desktop, you can look at it on your phone.”
But even more importantly, with return visits from crews of divers, researchers hope to understand how quickly the site is deteriorating, and whether there are ways to preserve the war grave.
“That involves bringing maritime archaeologists and technical divers back on a relatively regular basis to make sure the site is conserved, that it’s not being damaged, that there’s no human disturbance or impacts,” Dr Steinberg said.
“It’s not an adventure dive, this is a scientific project to record that site, collect very important baseline data so we can manage the site [and] protect it in conjunction with the Japanese.”Sand from the I-124 wreck will be sent to descendents of submariners who perished.(ABC News: Myles Houlbrook-Walk)none
There’s also interest in understanding the I-124 submarine’s unique quirks. While four I-121-class submarines were manufactured with the purpose of laying undersea mines, three were destroyed before the Japanese surrender in 1945.
“We know very little about the submarine. We have some ship plans [but] there’s some conflict about how this was built, how it was modified over the war,” Dr Steinberg said.
“Those are research questions we can ask.”
Symbol of strengthening ties
Only weeks after the I-124 was sunk, 236 people were killed during the Bombing of Darwin.
Both countries clashed ferociously throughout the Pacific campaign, and it was difficult to imagine how the relationship between Australia and Japan could ever possibly recover. Work began on mapping the vessel in 2019. (Supplied: NT government)none
But 80 years on, the two countries have worked collaboratively to remember the 80 submariners who died aboard I-124.
The project to map the I-124’s exterior was jointly funded by the federal government’s Major Projects Fund, pearling company Paspaley and the Japanese Embassy, taking three years to complete.
Takenobu Hamaguchi from the Australian-Japanese Association of the Northern Territory said he hoped the project would provide closure to the families of those aboard the vessel.
He said sand retrieved from the wreckage would be sent back to loved ones in Japan, with an eye towards one day repatriating the bodies of those on I-124.
“It will be a hard task β we understand it’s a difficult thing but sure, if it can be done.”
