Commandments @storyville

If you break one you break them all Jesus (Iesu) said well that is how the story goes

l speak of the ‘ Ten Commandments From God ‘ those laws by which God Gave To Teach The Israelites – Right From Wrong – After They Had The Yoke Of Slavery Lifted From Their Shoulders – These 10 given by God through Moses Were ‘ Thou Shalt Not ‘ Because l Believe That Upon That Day You Will Surely Die – As God said to Adam in the ‘ Garden of Eden ‘ – So l say unto you People’s let Us look at these edicts these laws from God – Simple to Understand yet deeper than some people believe or understand the consequences

l say unto You – Thou Shalt Not – and too Me it is a Question & Answer in that l mean l Answer first by saying Thou (You) Shalt Not – Do These Things – Then in Saying l Know in My Heart that God is saying If you do there will be consequences – Not For God But For You – and as the world and people now attest it has been so – By breaking One we have and do daily ‘ Break Them All ‘ As One is Part of All & All Part of One ‘ So Then we are forgiven of Our Trespasses & As We Forgive Those That Trespass Against Us ‘ this for Me is the True Meaning of the Law – Break it and Know the consequences will be upon Your Head and it has been so ….

These were to me simple and God taught in My Heart that they have meaning and substance of such meaning that l saw so many times people Trespass into Unrighteousness and fall into the thicket of ungodliness and they did it from there own mouths so many times…….

l Was Once Asked By Someone – Beginning with you Believe in God l was told – So tell me is it Alright to Steal – l said what do you believe the answer was NO – But is it all right to take a little ? l said a little or a lot its still stealing – Oh was the reply and no more was said – Now l knew that person as a Thief beforehand and God Taught Me more than l already knew

This people’s is ‘ How & Why ‘ for Me the world is in a mess and we people suffer ‘ Slings & Arrows of Discontent Daily ‘ the commandments for Me are Simple – Do Not Break Any As They Are One And The Same And Will Bring Harm In Your Life – So l made a Vow a πŸ™πŸ™ to God that they are a My Law as with any Law l will never break and with that Promise l Follow The Path Of God Always With Kindness & Love In Peace & Truth Now & Forevermore

#AceBreakingNews – A 23-year-old man has been fatally stabbed at Mansfield in Brisbane’s south-eastern suburbs, with police investigating bikie gang links to the attack.

One man is in custody and being questioned by police, who are also searching for a white Nissan Patrol and its four occupants.

“We have what is quite a graphic and disturbing scene,” Queensland police Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham said.

He said a 23-year-old man entered the car park of a gym at the intersection of Brigadoon Street and Pine Mountain Road in a white Mercedes Benz.

The man was then pursued by a black Audi, and as he tried to exit the car park was rammed by the Nissan Patrol.

Five men then got out of the cars.

“They have approached the driver seat … they’ve then used a crowbar to smash the window.”

Detective Superintendent Massingham said the man attempted to flee out of the passenger side door but was chased across the street by two of the men.

He was then stabbed multiple times in the torso by one of the men.

“These males were extremely motivated to hunt this individual down,” Detective Superintendent Massingham said.

Four of the men left the scene in the Nissan Patrol, with the fifth fleeing on foot towards Flame Tree Court.

Police searched the area and found two backpacks in bins in different yards.

A man was found in bushland close to the scene at about 4pm.

Attack caught on security cameras: The motive at this stage is unknown,” Detective Superintendent Massingham said:

But he confirmed that bikie links are being investigated.

“That is front and centre of what we are doing at the moment.”

He said the entire incident was caught on security cameras and made for shocking viewing.

Police said the attack was witnessed by “a number of people”.

Police are searching for the Nissan Patrol and the four men.

The public have been told that if they see the car, they should call triple-0 and not approach it.

Witnesses said there were around 30 people inside the gym at the time who were kept there for a number of hours.

BREAKING AUSTRALIA: Significant investor SIV Visa set to be scrapped under migration changes in next months budget

#AceBreakingNews – A controversial program that provides visas to those who invest at least $5 million in Australia is all but certain to be scrapped in next month’s budget.

Home Affairs Minister Clare O’Neil says the “golden ticket” visa category is likely to go.(ABC News: Nicholas Haggarty)none

More than 2,000 people have been granted significant investor visas (SIV) since 2012, with 85 per cent coming from China and 3.6 per cent from Hong Kong.

During this period more than $11 billion has been invested in Australian businesses, with the program tweaked in 2015 to shift capital towards emerging companies rather than real estate.

Unlike other visa categories, successful SIV applicants are not required to learn or speak English and there is no age limit.

The federal government is eager to prioritise skilled worker migration after the international border closure.

On Sunday, Home Affairs Minister Clare O’Neil strongly indicated the visa, often referred to as a “golden ticket”, would be scrapped after years of reviews and tweaks.

“I think most Australians would be pretty offended by the idea that we’ve got a visa category here where effectively you can buy your way into the country,” Ms O’Neil told Sky News.

“I don’t see a lot of great benefits to the country currently.”

Last month, The Australian newspaper reported members of Cambodia’s Hun Sen regime were buying their way into Australia with a path to permanent residency.

The scheme has been criticised by fund manager Bill Browder, who campaigned for Magnitsky sanctions that target corrupt officials.

But the program has been a business boon, especially for fund managers.

In 2019 the managing director of asset management at Moelis Australia, Andrew Martin, said the scheme brought big money into the country.

“It has been estimated that the follow-on investment from SIV investors has been up to four to five times more than the mandatory $5 million, meaning capital invested into Australia could be as much as $50 billion,” Mr Martin said.

Transparency International Australia chief executive Clancy Moore welcomed the likely scrapping of the “golden visa scheme”.

“Fast-track investment migration schemes have resulted in kleptocrats, crooks and criminals [being] given visas and then [they] laundered their dirty money through our real estate and other sections of the economy,” Mr Moore said.

“The government’s review of the immigration system is a perfect opportunity to abolish this unfair visa category and close another dirty money loophole.”

Migration cap change

The Federal Government has announced the migration cap will be increased by 35,000 in next month’s budget, to 195,000.

It is hoped the increase with help address an economy-wide skills shortage.

“This could mean thousands more nurses settling in the country this year, thousands more engineers,” Ms O’Neil said recently.

“For the first time in our history, Australia is not the destination of choice for many of our skilled migrants”.

FEATURED AUSTRALIA: Boxing Kangaroo: America’s Cup inspires World Hot Air Balloon Championship entrant from NSW

#AceNewsDesk – When Anton Kerr took over the family hot air balloon business 10 years ago, representing his country was never in the picture: A decade later, the pilot from Canowindra in central west NSW will be flying his boxing kangaroo balloon at the World Hot Air Balloon Championship in Slovenia.

More than 100 competitors from 34 countries will compete in the event from September 17 to 23: Mr Kerr finished fourth in the Australia National Championship in 2019 to qualify for the world championship.

Mr Kerr said competing on the world stage for his country was never part of the plan when he started ballooning.

“I just did it because I loved flying the balloon, so I had no ambition of that [representing Australia] and no expectation I would,” he said.Anton Kerr finished fourth in the Australia National Championship in 2019.(ABC Central West: Hamish Cole)none

How does it work?

As a sport, competitors are required to navigate the balloon towards numerous targets and drop a marker as close as possible.

“At different altitudes above the ground, you have different wind directions, and you use those winds to navigate into the target and then drop your marker,” Mr Kerr said.

Pilots aim to get as low as a metre off the ground to improve their accuracy. However, due to the changing directions of the wind, the balloons can easily be pushed off course. Anton Kerr’s family began hot air ballooning in 1986 in Canowindra.(ABC Central West: Hamish Cole)none

Mr Kerr said this balancing act made for an exciting sport.

“For such a gentle, peaceful activity, the competitions are like being in a Formula One car.

“It is all happening with 100 balloons flying at the world champs. There are balloons tearing up beside you and then dropping in because everyone is trying to get to the same target.”

Anton Kerr pilots the balloon by himself but is assisted by a team of two on the ground with navigation and landing.

The current world champion is Great Britain’s Dominic Bareford, while Australian Nicola Scaife is hoping to win her third women’s world championship.

America’s Cup inspiration

In 1983, Australia defeated the United States in the America’s Cup, ending the longest winning streak in sporting history and its 132-year dominance of the sailing series.

The skipper of Australia II, John Bertrand, created the iconic boxing kangaroo flag that accompanied the team during their historic win.

Mr Kerr wants to replicate their success.

“I remember watching that on the TV, and I was really inspired by the underdog from Australia taking it onto the world stage and actually winning when they weren’t meant to,” he said.

“I thought that is kind of like the boy from Canowindra. The boy from the bush. Let’s take it to the world stage and show them what we have.”

But Mr Kerr is not the first in the family to take up the sport. His mum, Jan, started flying hot air balloons in 1986 in Canowindra. The boxing kangaroo was created by the crew of the Australia II for the 1983 America’s Cup.(Supplied: Larry Moran, Chicago)none

Ms Kerr said she was overjoyed to see the family tradition of ballooning continue.

“I think it is just wonderful for the area and for us,” she said.

“I think for him, he has learnt so many new skills and is really enjoying life.”

Ms Kerr is eagerly awaiting to see how her son fares in the tournament.

“If he gets in the top 30 out of 100, I will be really pleased,” she said.

“If he gets in the top 10, I will be ecstatic. If he gets higher than that, you will hear it from me all over Australia.

“I am so excited and such a proud mum.”

AUSTRALIA COURT REPORT: Prosecutors call for ‘evil’ Adelaide NCA bomber Domenic Perre to be jailed without parole

#AceNewsDesk – Prosecutors have asked for National Crime Authority (NCA) bomber Domenic Perre to be imprisoned with no hope of parole, as the victims’ families labelled him “evil”, “worthless” and a “stain on society”.

The families of the NCA bombing victims told South Australia’s Supreme Court they would never forgive Perre, who, in June, was found guilty of the March 1994 bombing in Adelaide that killed Detective Sergeant Geoffrey Bowen and seriously injured lawyer Peter Wallis.

Perre sent a parcel bomb to Detective Sergeant Bowen’s Waymouth Street office as revenge for the police officer’s investigation into the Perre family’s drug business.

Perre was immediately identified as a suspect, but the first set of charges were dropped in September 1994 and it was not until 2018 that he was charged again, before being found guilty of murder and attempted murder by Justice Kevin Nicholson, after a seven-month trial.

Mr Wallis’s daughter, Genevieve Wallis, who was eight years old at the time of the bombing, read a victim impact statement to the court outlining the trauma and terror the crime had inflicted on her and her family’s lives.

Her father lost an eye in the bombing and had burns to 35 per cent of his body.

While reading it aloud to the court, she glanced over at Perre at various points.

“After the events of the bombing in March 1994, we were terrified, traumatised and robbed of our innocence,” she said.

“There is no doubt the man who came home from hospital after the bombing was not the dad we’d known before.”

She said after the bombing, her father had lived with profound PTSD and, “through osmosis”, she had too.

“At his worst, Dad was paranoid, strict, volatile, temperamental and quick to anger,” Ms Wallis said.

“It sickens me that such a blatant disregard for human life, with the intent to cause maximum carnage, can exist within another human.”Genevieve Wallis, the daughter of Peter Wallis, who died in 2018.(ABC News: Che Chorley )none

Ms Wallis’s statement was one of nine victim impact statements read out to the court, in front of Perre, who appeared to have his eyes closed for the majority of the time.

Mr Bowen’s son Simon, who was five years old at the time, labelled Perre a “worthless human being” in his victim impact statement that was read out by the prosecution.

“You caused so much hurt, irreparable damage and suffering, all for what?” he asked.

“All so you could grow some dope and walk about South Australia like a wannabe gangster in your big, black glasses?

“You are a stain on society and a stain on your family.

“[But] once again, good has triumphed over evil.”

Widow tells of impact on young family

In another victim impact statement, Mr Bowen’s widow, Jane Bowen-Sutton, said the bombing, which took place on the couple’s ninth wedding anniversary, was the worst day of her life.

She described how her life had since been defined by before and after the bombing, and recalled how she had to tell her sons, who were aged five and seven, that their father had been killed.Detective Sergeant Geoffrey Bowen was killed in the bombing on March 2, 1994.(Supplied)none

In a statement read out by the prosecution, she said her son’s reaction still haunted her.

“You, Domenic Perre, are evil,” she said.

“You have never shown any remorse or taken responsibility for what you have done.”

Perre’s lawyer did not make a submission against the prosecution’s submission for no parole.

He told the court Perre wished to convey his sympathies to the families affected by the bombing, but he maintained his innocence.

He said Perre wished to reiterate he played no part in the bombing and was not responsible for Mr Bowen’s death or Mr Wallis’s injuries.

Perre will be sentenced next month.

He has sought leave to appeal against his conviction.

The Queen’s coffin is now lying in rest in Edinburgh after travelling from Balmoral Castle where she died aged 96.

On Sunday morning in Scotland, the coffin left Balmoral and travelled through the north-east of the country, with three main stops for dignitaries and the public to pay their respects.

After arriving in Edinburgh, the Queen’s coffin was placed in the throne room of the Palace of Holyroodhouse for a day.

The palace is where the Queen’s ancestor King James learned he had inherited the throne of England after the death of Queen Elizabeth I, uniting the Scottish and English crowns. The Queen’s coffin, draped with the Royal Standard of Scotland, arrives at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh.(AP: Aaron Chown)none

ABC Correspondent Allyson Horn in Edinburgh:

There was a hush, a solemn silence that fell over the crowd. And then, as the hearse drove by and proceeded towards Holyroodhouse, the crowd erupted in spontaneous applause.

I think that gives you a bit of an understanding of the breadth of emotions that people have been feeling here today β€” sorrow and grief, but also wanting to show their gratitude and celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s life.

A timeline of what happens next

September 12: The Queen’s body is taken to St Giles’ Cathedral

On Monday afternoon (local time) a procession will take the Queen’s coffin from the Palace of Holyroodhouse to the nearby St Giles’ Cathedral.Guards marched at St Giles’ Cathedral after the new King’s public proclamation to the people of Scotland.(AP: John Super)none

King Charles III and members of the royal family will take part in the procession, as well as a service at St Giles’ to receive the coffin.

After the service, the people of Scotland will have the opportunity to come and pay their respects.

September 13: The Queen’s coffin arrives in England

On Tuesday afternoon, the Queen’s coffin will fly from Edinburgh Airport on a Royal Air Force aircraft to RAF Northolt.

Princess Anne, the Queen’s only daughter, will travel on the flight with her mother’s coffin.

Then from Northolt, the coffin will be driven to Buckingham Palace to rest in the Bow Room.

September 14: The Queen’s coffin arrives in Westminster

On Wednesday afternoon, a procession with the King’s Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, will take the coffin from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall.

The procession will pass The Mall, Horse Guards, Whitehall, Parliament Square and New Palace Yard before it arrives at Westminster Hall.

Once at Westminster, a service will be held by the Archbishop of Canterbury which the royal family will attend.

The Queen’s body will lie in state in Westminster Hall for four days for the public to visit.

September 19: The Queen’s funeral

At 11am on Monday, September 19, the Queen’s body will be taken from the Palace of Westminster to Westminster Abbey for the state funeral.

After that the Queen’s body will be taken to St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle where she will be interred next to her husband, Prince Philip.

Meanwhile, King Charles is in Operation Spring Tide

Operation Spring Tide is the name of the plan for King Charles’s accession and the events that follow.

King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla will travel to each of the kingdoms β€” Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland β€” to meet with heads of state.

Today the pair will go to Westminster Hall where both houses of parliament will meet to express their condolences.

They’ll then travel to Edinburgh where they’ll inspect the guard of honour at Holyroodhouse before a ceremony of the keys, where the lord provost of Edinburgh gives the new King the keys to the city.

The King and Queen Consort will then join with members of the royal family for the procession with the Queen’s coffin from the Palace of Holyroodhouse to St Giles’ Cathedral.

After that the King will meet with Scotland’s first minister Nicola Sturgeon before heading on to Scotland’s parliament to hear their condolences.Nicola Sturgeon attended a public proclamation to announce the accession of King Charles III outside St Giles’ Cathedral on Sunday.(AP: Petr David Josek)none

On Tuesday, the King and Queen Consort will head to Belfast in Northern Ireland.

After that it’s back to London to witness the Queen’s coffin arriving at Buckingham Palace.
