“WITHOUT CULTURAL FAITH.” a poem a.k.a.: “A Stronghold Of Faith In Love.” October 7, 2019 (Monday)

Mama told me, long before She died,

(and, as She told me, my Mama cried.)

“Be FAITHFUL ’til the day you die,

My Love, TO LOVE, and here is why:

Without the belief that: “LOVE IS TRULY STRONG,

AND IT WILL LAST FOREVER,” it won’t be long,

Before The Fabric of So ciety,

Will disintegrate; then, My Love, you’ll see,

The loss of families’ stability,

With terrible times of no hu mility.

For, when CULTURAL FAITH is lost in ALL,

Tyrant and moguls will urge us to ‘fall,’

By being examples of how NOT to care,

About even ourselves, and so, they will dare,

To exclude others, withholding even simple kindness;

FAITHLESSNESS, IT BRINGS ON BLINDNESS.” (pause)

“I pray you might be married and be lucky in that way,

To find one who loves you, as your dear Pap p[a]y,

Love us both. I hope you’ll realize,

A WOMAN MUST BE FAITHFUL, SO SHE CAN MOBILIZE,

LOVE TO HERSELF AND HER BE LOVED TOO.

(In a faithless society, this is especially hard to do.)

But you MUST ‘keep the faith,’ even if men are weak,

And when even women ‘fall’ for another to seek.

ONLY FAITH IN LOVE WILL KEEP CULTURE WELL;

Otherwise LIFE becomes a living H L L.

MARRIAGE IS TOO SERIOUS TO TAKE IT THAT WAY;

It must be as light as a fresh, Summer Day;

Only FAITH IN LOVE can keep it healthy.

IT’S NOT ABOUT REASON, or ‘THE ODDS,’ or BEING WEALTHY.

With FAITH IN LOVE you can forgive The Human Condition;

Faith in Wealth or Power leads ONLY to perdition.”

I think the majority of “leaders” today are faithless by far;

Their faith is CENTERED around paychecks and the bar.

A woman’s role, especially if She is a wife,

Is to keep FAITH IN LOVE for a HAPPY LIFE,

Which can never be provided by any faithless physicians,

Their faith is in their TRAINING and RULES and POLITICIANS.

And, if Trump has showed us anything, it’s YES, He can get things done,

But the way he does it omits The Human Element and is NOT fun,

For His faith’s NOT in LOVE; it is cool and dry,

And faith such as that SHOULD MAKE US ALL CRY.

I PRAY FOR STRONG FAITH FOR ALL OUR MOTHERS AND WIVES,

Who were encouraged (hopefully) my THEIR mums to lead faithful lives,

AND to expect being tested; STRONG FAITH IS LIKE GOLD,

But It’sNeverEasyToEmbraceLOVE. It takes A STRONG HOLD.
