It’s not uncommon for victims of betrayal to experience intense feelings of jealousy.

Here is one suggestion to you..please stop checking on your narcissist ex as it will delay your healing process.

Nine times out of ten the narcissist will be involved in another relationship very quickly and will be on his best behaviour and doing everything he can to rub his ex-victim’s nose in it.

Don’t get into his scam again by stalking him.

And don’t be jealous, it’s a mental cancer.

As far as other girls are concerned, there’s a honeymoon phase for them.

As with any infatuation, these feelings of narcissism will fade with time and the narcissist grows frustrated with their new partner’s inability to excite them the way they used to.

Every new girl is being set up to fail by the narcissist.

So instead of thinking about new girls …Give your mind, heart, and soul the time and space to dilute and remove all traces of the narcissist you are trying to forget.

Keep reminding yourself that time heals all wounds, and there is no way out but to keep walking.

Allow the healing balm of time to take effect!
