The not abating in their tissue of lies in headlines.
Here’s a classic example from The Advertiser today (Sat. 12th March 2022).

There is absolutely no doubt that Zachary Rolfe KILLED Kumanjayi Walker by firing 3 bullets into him.

The prosecution maintained that the second and third bullets amounted to murder.

ALL-WHITE jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY on that and two lesser charges.

In the article that accompanied the attached headline, three substantial paragraphs were devoted to the Defence’s closing remarks; while one very small paragraph was devoted to the Prosecution’s summing up.

This is a clear case of biased reporting by The Advertiser’s reporter, Jason Walls.

If he or the sub-editor were obeying orders or acting on their own, it remains that it is a grossly biased report.

But, then, that’s what we have come to expect from the Murdoch media; or should I say the political organization that doesn’t need to field candidates….he just buys them once they are elected.
