The folklore of Brittany contains many tales and superstitions that attempt to account for the characteristics of certain animals or the presence of key features in the landscape and the siting or destruction of various towns and castles. Given the important role long played by the sea here, it is no surprise that many stories were once told to explain to the curious why the sea that surrounded the region on three sides tasted of salt.

Although there is diversity among people: different cultures, different religions, different countries and nations, different colours – but we all have one thing in comon: we all are human beings and from this point of view we should see each other, then the “separation” among us disappears, vanishes into our Oneness.
