AceBreakingNews – UPDATE – ACT Policing is calling on information from the public regarding a suspicious fire in Palmerston on Tuesday, 22 August 2023.

About 1.30am, police responded to reports of a vehicle fire on Arden Place, Palmerston.

Upon arrival, police located a vehicle on fire in the driveway of a residence; the fire had also spread to the attached garage of the home.  

ACT Fire & Rescue also attended and were able to quickly contain the fire.  

Following an examination of the scene, the fire was deemed suspicious, and police are now investigating the circumstances of the incident. 

Anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity on Arden Place around the time of the fire, or who may have any information regarding the incident, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.  Please quote 7516897. Information can be provided anonymously.
