AUSTRALIAN HISTORY  Aboriginal

Once again, we have a problem. A corrupt Aboriginal Land Council has been caught in Cape York, with 38 charges filed against them. Now, someone from the inside, Jack Wilkie-Jans, is speaking up. He is not just anyone; he is related to the famous people from the Wik case. He says that Native Title is now a broken, secret, and untrustworthy system. He wants a complete change, and he has a good point.

Here are some serious issues:

🛑 Fake rules that are not fair.
🛑 Made-up claims that lack real cultural meaning.
🛑 Land Councils not listening to the local people.
🛑 Risk of foreign influence.
🛑 Billions of dollars in land and resources being handled through shady ways.

He talks about a specific claim called the Cape York United #1 Claim, calling it a massive problem that is “totally without purpose” and is taking over other lands. Sound familiar?

The same problems happened in Toobeah.
The same officials involved.
The same silence from leaders.
And the same result: local people losing their land and giving it to a corporation without anyone watching.

This is not about bringing people together.
This is not about fairness.
It is theft approved by the government. When the Bigmabul Corporation is brought down, it will show how both major political sides have worked together to trick everyone in Queensland and steal away the future of the next generation. Free Toobeah, Free Australia!
