When things don’t go as you want or expect, it can be or seem like a difficult time! Some of the most challenging times in life may come from relationships! When you look in the mirror, tell yourself you are beautiful, worthwhile, confident, and strong, and love yourself! Your self-worth doesn’t come from any one, person, or thing; it comes from your inner self, your spirit! There are generations of grandparents lined up in the spirit world focused on sending and surrounding you with love! Life moves fast; our time on earth is a blink of an eye! Let’s not spend our moments in despair, self-pity, sadness, or being depressed! When you can truly love yourself, you can love others! When you can accept yourself, you will get others!
