Feel your body
The warmth of your own embrace


Your heart as it brings you life, each moment bringing a newness

Listen to that beat
Absorb it
Let it become you
Feel the pulsating through your body


Let the ripple of the vibration flood all of you

It is you
It is all of you
It is all of life
Join the beating of life with the gentle release of a sound from the depth of you

Let the vibration of this sound combine with the pulsating and resonant ce of life

Integrate it with your stillness and become

Merge all that is
And as the all that is rises within you give to self

For you are life
You are love
You are the light
You are the gift that you give to yourself and others

Life can be likened to a bouquet of roses, each with its unique charm. Some roses sparkle like raindrops, while others lose their luster in the absence of sunlight. Some roses wilt away with time, while others bloom in a kaleidoscope of colors. Some roses sag with drooping petals, while others captivate with their beauty. However, it is vital to acknowledge that the perception of beauty resides in the eyes of the beholder.
