There’s my “buddy,” who-has-no-Earthly-idea-why-he-does-what-he-does;

So, if-you-think-he-“disrespected”-you, IT-WASN’T-ON-PURPOSE, because:

He is SUCH a simple man, with-NO-idea-about-WHY-he-did-what-he-did!

He-is, like, on-“impulse-power!” He’s just-like a-BIG-Kid!

HE’S LIKE ME! Yeah, I’m just that way too;

I have NO Earthly Idea – what I just did or what I’m gonna do!

SIMPLE MEN we are – with SIMPLE STYLES,

With NO EARTHLY IDEA – about-how-to-adjust-“the-dials!”

OR DO ANY-THING! SIMPLE! MEN! STUPID!

We-can’t-be-held-accountable-FOR-ANYTHING, [for]-all-to-often CUPID,

Shoots a thousand arrows – right into my butt,

And, then-I-start-acting – like a blooming nut!!

Why haven’t you noticed THAT I’M SO VERY SIMPLE?

I’ve NO IDEA – about-nothin’ !!! Just call me: “Willie Whimple!”*

I do stupid; I do weird;

I-do-simple-stuff! and-MANY-women-have-“Teared

Right Up,” while I do this-‘n’-other-stuff- n’-that!!!

I’ve NO IDEA what’s goin’ on! I’m dumb-er-than-a-cat!!

When I DO STUPID, you go: “That’s so cute!!!”

IF someone else does it: “HE’S A BRUTE!”

Don’t ask me! I SIMPLY DON’T KNOW!

I’m so simple! (pause) Gosh! (Sigh!) You’re-a-pretty-doe!

And I-am a love-sick buck, who’s just wanting to f – – – !

IF YOU DIDN’T THINK I-WAS-CUTE, I’D BE PLUMB OUTTA LUCK!
