I shall
Gather up
All the lost souls
That wander this earth
All the ones that are alone
All the ones that are broken
All the ones that never really fitted in
I shall gather them all up
And together, we shall find our home
Athey Thompson wrote a little poem
Taken from A Little Book Of Poetry

This picture is of Camberley Kate, who was well known in Camberley as the lady who would wander the streets with her β€œstray dogs” cart and gather up all the waifs and strays. It is said that during her life, she rescued and gave a loving home to over 600 homeless dogs.
Today, I’m honouring this inspirational lady who devoted her life to saving dogs. And what a legacy she did leave behind, and to all the animals, we must be kind.

Life is like a bunch of roses. Some sparkle like raindrops. Some fade when there's no sun. Some just fade away in time. Some dance in many colors. Some drop with hanging wings. Some make you fall in love. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Life you can be sure of, you will not get out ALIVE.(sorry about that)
