LUV ~ HATE

“HATE.” a poem, a.k.a.: “Being Friends With Neither/Neither.” Friday 11/15/19 in the series: “LUV”

The highest form of LOVE you might have for ME? (pause)

I thank you FOR YOUR HATE; it manifests pro gresively.

At its root: rejection. of what I do(&)what I am; ItManifestsToCRUXIFY I say: “Amen.” It says: “I want to KNOW your thoughts and ways.”

IT even compliments me on numerous days;

Then, it says: “You must amend and change your SILLY WAYS.”

And “We MUST TOGETHER HEAL your DEFICIENC(ay)IES.”

IT sometimes lectures, with passionate embrace,

And wantsNOoNEeLSEtO enterThisPlace, To, I guess, encounterThe Activities here;

IT often says: “I LOVE,” but YEARNS to see a BITTER tear,

Laughing WITH A TRECHEROUS REFRAIN. IT thinks that HEALING has to do with PAIN, And SO will watch you on a cross,

Saying: “See? I AM The Boss.” And AGAIN: “I Love You, but YOU HAVE,

TO GO AWAY , so LOTS OF SALVE,

MUST BE APPLIED TO YOU FOR CHANGE.” (pause)

HATE (pause) is the Highest Form of Love for SOME, but strange,

to ME, a naive, foolish lad, Who loves your countenance AND IS GLAD,

To see and hold you close, yet I, Of course, am HURT and even cry,

When such objection of who I BE, RESULTS IN RETURNING GIFTS TO ME;

Results in: SETTING PARA METERS, &claiming: “This is LOVE,” andAfriendASthisOFTcon fers, Upon me PRAISE FOR ME yet has a knife. (pause)

The hateful ones I SEE? in life, (They) Don’t see hurt that comes through them,

IT COMES FROM ME AGAIN. Amen. I MANIFEST THESE ONES TO LEARN,

How to mourn and sacrificially burn. [To ReadersORListeners] Take NOT these words TOO PERSONALLY, My Friends of HATE & USURY,

For YOU ARE MINE; there’s no more to say. I’m sure we’ll meet ANOTHER DAY,

But NO GIFTS then will I bring, To offer YOU, for HERE’S THE THING:

Moral: “Why offer Buddhist gifts to those, Who will NOT receive, but will steal my clothes. Who will hear my thoughts ONLY to wish they’ll change, So, I can be different; let’s rearrange, ME to something else THAT YOU WON’T LIKE EITHER, Because YOU ARE PROGRAMMED (by me) for HATE, Nei(AI)therNei(EE)there.
