The scars we carry
🌟🌟
We all carry scars, thoughThe scars we carry serve as enduring testaments to our experiences. These marks, visible or invisible, shape our perspectives and contribute to our personal narratives. They often emerge from challenges faced, lessons learned, and moments of profound change. Understanding the nature of these scars allows for a deeper appreciation of our resilience and growth. Embracing them fosters a more authentic and complete sense of self. they show up in different ways. Some rest quietly in the mind, covered by years of trauma, by the weight of abuse, by relationships that drained more than they gave. Some scars come from careers that never lifted off the ground, from dreams that dimmed and opportunities that slipped through our fingers. Other scars come from people we lost and dreams that never came true. They remind us of the roads we longed to walk but never could. Other scars live on our bodies, carved by surgeries that saved us, medications that kept us breathing, accidents that blindsided us, or injuries that changed us forever. They don’t just mark pain, they mark endurance. They whisper the truth that we went through something we didn’t think we could, and somehow, we are still here. Whether mental or physical, every scar is part of our story. Not something to be erased, but something that reveals the depths of who we are and how far we’ve come. They are not the end of us they are the evidence that we have lived.
🌟🌟🌟🌟
shouldn’t be interpreted as weakness, everyone
has difficult times to overcome.
These moments will try and test you to your limits,
adjusting your mindset is just as important. Don’t
give a damn how people see you, I don’t. Not all my
moments are good, I mean some are worse than
what you could imagine, vet I come through it and
so will you. Anyone who judges you doesn’t know
you; they don’t know your life in full detail. You
have to learn to ignore people and their opinions
and just go about your life, they would have their
moments as they wouldn’t admit to it. You will
regain yourself, gather yourself together becoming
stronger and more determined each time. You
have to go through the processes of being human,
vou have to allow yourself to go through the
thoughts, feelings and emotions as you learn to
deal with them.
