However, I say, He which soweth sparingly shall also reap sparingly, and he which soweth bountifully shall also reap bountifully.
Effort produces results.
It’s true in sports, in business, and also in our spiritual lives.
When we give freely for the Lord’s sake,
He multiplies our gifts.
This is true when we give financially, when we sacrifice our time in service to others, and when we share the good news of salvation in Jesus.
When we do our part faithfully, we will see God do great things with our efforts.
Lord, help me not to be uncharitable with all that You have given me.
Give me eyes to see where my time, talent, and treasure may serve others and advance Your kingdom.
And help me to freely and boldly proclaim You good news of salvation and hope.
Work through my efforts so my harvest may be great for Your Kingdom’s sake.
