Jesus ~

For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

The best way to express this faith we have in God is in how we treat other human beings. If we spend most of our lives cheating, swindling, and maltreating people, it will be very hard for us to believe that we have received salvation in our lives. Salvation should compel one to be loving to others because the love one was shown first. Strive to be loving and supportive to your neighbours, family, friends, and strangers, as possible as you live your daily life.

Dear God, my heart desires to live out the example you set for us, in the form of your Son, Jesus Christ. I desire to love my neighbours, my family, and even strangers the same way Christ loved all men and women without expecting anything in return. I desire to not be interested in what I get in return, but in what I was able to give. Lord, I ask that you help me enact this love in my everyday life. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
