Lord 👑

For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

Death will be the last thing won against for us, when Christ returns. All the believers who have died will be raised into their glorious beings, and God will have the final say. Death will no longer reign because there will be no sin. When we live in the time of Christ’s return, we will live as the eternal creations God intended for us to be since the beginning.

Dear God, I am grateful that I will part of those who will experience eternal life with you. The thought of what is to come stirs up great joy in my heart. I thank you, Father, that in that time, all the suffering we endured before, for your Name, will mean nothing as we take on the glory you have promised us. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
