It’s easy to think of God as distant and far off, too busy to notice the insignificant details of our lives. But God is infinite, so there is enough of Him to see something as small and familiar as a sparrow while still fully attentive to you and me. ⚜️🙏⚜️

Father, thank You for Your presence with us. Your love and care for Your creation know no end. It brings me peace to know that You miss no detail and that nothing is too insignificant for You to notice. I know that because of Your faithfulness and care, I will never be forgotten. In Jesus’ name, amen. ⚜️🙏⚜️

However, it is vital to acknowledge that the perception of beauty resides in the eyes of the beholder.

We need to be sincere in our hearts when it comes to our relationship with God. There is no need for us to feel as if we need to pretend in God’s presence. God knows us more than we know ourselves. When we commune with Him and act like we are without any worries or thoughts, we are only being hypocrites. Our hypocrisy will prevent us from totally connecting with God. God pushes us to come to him wholeheartedly, ready to fellowship with him without any restrictions or doubts.

In all honesty, God is the only one we can express the depths of our hearts to in confidence. When we tell people, there is a high chance that we will be let down. But when we tell God, there is a definite possibility that we will receive peace, assurance, and the wisdom to handle the situation.

Our hearts have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus, making us free from the power of sin. This allows us to come to God with a clear conscience, free of guilt and shame. We have been purified by Christ. This is what this bible verse, Hebrews 10:22-23, is trying to tell us. We have been assured of our purification and there is nothing that should convince us otherwise.

As Christians, we have become new creations in Christ. We no longer define ourselves by our sinful nature. We identify ourselves in Jesus Christ.

We are to hold on to the faith with all our heart, mind, and soul. Many factors in the world will try to discourage us from having faith in God. We can not afford to pay attention to any of them. This is why we need to remain rooted in God’s word.
