Ben H. English ~ AUTHOR ~ On SALE NOW

My latest book, ‘Destiny’s Way’ is set for release in both Kindle and paperback form Monday, January 27th.

What is shown is the final version for the cover. I want to thank Creative Texts Publishers for such a dynamic piece of artistic work. I think that many of my readers can see for themselves why I chose this publishing house to sign with.

Response has already been far more than expected and book signing inquiries have come from across the state. As the dates and locations start to finalize, I will be posting updates on when and where they will be occurring. I look forward to meeting many of you in person.

For those who prefer to order through Amazon, the link is up and going. It follows the end of this missive.

After the release, I will be posting photographs of parts of the lower Big Bend where scenes occur in ‘Destiny’s Way.’ Accompanying those photos will be small excerpts from the book to help folks form a mental image of what is occurring on the pages.

Though a work of fiction, there is a great deal of historical background involved and places that exist in reality. In fact, just about every trail, tinaja, high point, arroyo, mine shaft, dirt tank and every single rock mentioned is actually there.

Or at least it was. There has been a great change in the lower Big Bend over the past fifty years and no more so than what has happened to the land itself.

Be that as it may, the finished product has been blended seamlessly enough that some of my advance readers have noted: “It is hard to tell when the history ends and the fiction begins.”

‘Destiny’s Way’ is the story of a land before so many came with their modern technologies to bend its will. It is a tale of the supernatural, a rollicking action adventure yarn, and very much of an old fashioned romance. A full blurb for the book is on the Amazon link.

I want to close with a sincere “Thank You” to those who helped this all come about. Those who taught and mentored me as a child, stood with me in my own various adventures as an adult, or who have supported and encouraged me in my latest ambition of being a writer.

The list would fill too many pages to go into here, but you know who you are.

May God bless each and every one of you.
