Bus routes 800 from Fairfield station to Fairfield Hospital, and 377 from Randwick to Coogee are among the new transport routes considered close contact exposure sites.
Other venues that infectious people visited include Bunnings Eastgardens in Hillsdale, Sunshine Fruit in Auburn and Chemist Warehouse in Rose Bay.
Stay-at-home orders are now in effect across all Greater Sydney, including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour
